Terms of Service

Last updated 7 June 2026. CrayonCabin is operated by MangyByte Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (registered office: London). By using crayoncabin.com you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

CrayonCabin offers printable colouring pages and related printables. Some pages are free to download; others (and themed packs and custom name sheets) are part of our Premium subscription or available to buy individually.

2. Licence to use printables

When you download a printable — free or paid — we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to print and use it for your own personal, family, classroom or non-commercial use. You may print as many copies as you reasonably need for that purpose.

You may not resell, redistribute, sub-licence, or share the digital files; claim them as your own; or use them commercially (for example selling printed copies, or including them in a paid product or service) unless you hold a current Education / Commercial licence (£8.99/mo). Commercial use is included in the Education / Commercial plan.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. We sign you in with a secure email link or a password you set. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think your account has been compromised.

4. Premium subscriptions

Premium is billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout (currently £5/month or £39/year for Family). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account's billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. Prices include any applicable VAT.

5. One-off packs & gifts

Individual packs can be bought as a one-off payment and downloaded immediately and via your account. Gift subscriptions are paid for by you and delivered by email to the recipient you nominate; the recipient redeems the gift to activate Premium.

6. Refunds & your statutory rights

Because our products are digital and available immediately, by purchasing you ask us to start supply right away and acknowledge you lose the standard 14-day cancellation right for digital content once download has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights where content is faulty or not as described. If something isn't right, contact us at [email protected] and we'll put it right.

7. Acceptable use

Please use the site like a person, not a robot: unlimited downloads are for humans clicking buttons — automated scraping and bulk-download tools aren't allowed, and neither are attempts to bypass download limits or access controls. This keeps the site fast and fair for every family. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

8. Intellectual property

All printables, branding and site content are owned by MangyByte Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Your licence in section 2 is the only right granted; all other rights are reserved.

9. Availability & disclaimer

We aim to keep the site available and the printables high quality, but we provide the service "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, MangyByte Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date shows when. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
